Architectural Review Board
Do you want to paint your house, add a fence, change your landscape, or make other changes? If so, then don’t forget to:
1: Check with the City of Jacksonville to ascertain if permits and fees are applicable. Also, review their requirements, such as property boundary setbacks and height restrictions.
2. Review the Covenants, Conditions,

2. Review the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions to see if there are any conditions or restrictions for the neighborhood. (See link to document in the Captiva Bluff HOA Documents section.)
3: Complete and submit the Architectural Review Form to the property management company. Remember to include any supplemental information, such as color swatches, photographs, site plans, etc. The form is found at:

4. Wait for instructions from the property management company (such as a request for more information) and/or final approval for the change(s) or addition.
5. Once approved, proceed with the architectural changes or additions as submitted and authorized.
